Trading Connections and Product Sourcing – specific one-off or regular projects connecting buyers to sellers, importers to exporters, wholesalers to manufacturers. We are able to make deals happen.

A few examples of our activities, current projects and recent successes:

  • Health tourism – an ongoing project to research, identify and negotiate cooperation agreements with suitable healthcare providers within Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary on behalf of a Dubai-based agency.
  • Vehicle procurement – we consult with, source and connect trade buyers and sellers of luxury and exclusive vehicles for export between the Middle East, UK, Europe and Asia. With decades of experience and an exclusive network of contacts, we are able to professionally and confidentially facilitate off-market transactions.
  • Recruitment Consultancy – we advised, created and implemented a successful five year program of recruitment of skilled and unskilled staff from CEE countries by UK-based employers.
  • International Marketing – we advised a UK-based international media marketing agency on a sustained ‘guerrilla-marketing’ campaign across CEE countries. We acted as ground-agent, location advisor, local coordinator and logistics partner, implementing the successful campaign consisting of 10-20 street artists, dancers and musicians performing across multiple locations over an 18month period through four countries.
  • Trading – we source and supply bespoke corporate gift items to a large UK-based distributor. Products sourced and supplied from manufactures in Slovakia and Czech Republic. A successful, ongoing project across an eight year period to date.
  • Trading – we sourced and supplied bespoke equipment and costumes for a major entertainment park in Saudi Arabia.
  • Entertainment – we sourced and recruited premium entertainers for a major Dubai Shopping Mall across a four year period. This project included dancers, ice skaters, magicians and other entertainers with shows of upwards of twenty performing artists per show with multiple shows daily. We continue to maintain close relationships with numerous commercial entertainers.
  • Production Sourcing – we researched and located small manufacturing companies across Czech Republic to manufacture and supply specialist components for a UK-based manufacturer. From initial company identification, introductory meetings, translation and face-to-face interpretation through to the negotiation and signing of long-term supply contracts.
